Contacted their live chat and was told I was no longer eligible for bonuses (despite being given the bonuses already). Created an account, did their welcome offer, was granted the free bets and back up bets, to then be stake restricted to 80p on every bet I attempted to place (with the free or back up bets). They have all my account details: I transferred them money from my account in the first place! Be careful and do not engage in this scam!Ībsolutely terrible bookmaker. They then wrote back to say they now need a bank statement in pdf form! I suspect they have been hacked by scammers. They asked me to provide my bank details, which I did.
They replied that the account was closed due to a major error by them. I contacted their customer service by email. Two days later, having received no email, I tried to log in again and received a message saying my account had been closed. I contacted the help chat and was told I would receive an email with assistance. When I tried to login to my account again, it displayed a window with my personal details but refused to let me go further. I made two bets, one of which was successful in October. In July, I opened an account and made two transfers of 15€ in total.
